There Will Be No 3rd SATC Movie || Witnessing The End Of An Era!

Last year, rumors spread that another "Sex and the City" movie was in the works. Today we are here to break the news to all the Sex and the City fans out there, rumors about producing a threequal of the most watched HBO series/ movie Sex and the City 3 have changed tone! Unfortunately there will be no continuity to the lives of Big and Carrie and the rest of the gang!On Thursday, Sarah Jessica Parker confirmed that there won't be another movie.

"It's over. We're not doing it. I’m disappointed. We had this beautiful, funny, heartbreaking, joyful, very relatable script and story. It’s not just disappointing that we don’t get to tell the story and have that experience, but more so for that audience that has been so vocal in wanting another movie.”

It became clear that the project wasn't moving forward, because of the demands of "Sex and the City" star Kim Cattrall, the SATC beloved Samantha Jones. And without pointing any fingers, we all felt that the Sarah/Kim feud a long time ago played a major role in cancelling the sequel.. !Within 24 hours, Cattrall was, once more, the villain.

The death of SATC movie is just hard to grasp for many, Kim Cattrall responded to accusations that her demands were responsible for sinking the third Sex and the City movie. In a tweet, she said the only “demand” she made “was that I didn’t want to do a 3rd film . . . & that was back in 2016.”

Ok Carrie Bradshaw, now it’s time for us to say; we couldn’t help but wonder… who or what ultimately killed the third movie? One theory stands to show clearly that Kim Cattrall, was holding out, refusing to sign on for another sequel unless studio Warner Bros. pledged to develop other movie projects she was working on. The other three members of the core four, including Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis, were reportedly signed on and ready to go. Rather than acquiesce to demands, though, Warner Bros. reportedly decided not to go through with the movie. After all, a Sex and the City project wouldn’t feel right if it didn’t have all four girlfriends.

So bottom line people! Take off your Manolo Blahniks and put down your Magnolia cupcake, because a third Sex and the City movie is no longer happening…
