CIIN’s 10 New Year’s Resolution Ideas You Might Wanna Consider
2017 is almost signing off, and with 2018 slowly nearing, many people are in the mindset of reevaluating and rethinking some of their life choices.. At CIIN we embrace new beginnings and hopes for a better tomorrow.. This time we are seriously doing slight -not shockingly major life-changing-overwhelming- changes and sticking to them.. C’mon now, bring your pen to paper and prepare a list of important lifestyle changes you want to make, we’ve decided to give you a bit of help, because we simply don’t want you to fail yourself this time.. Again!
1 || Get In Shape - Our All Time First Resolution!
Doing more exercise and hitting the gym on regular basis is always number one on every resolution list.. CIIN’s tip? Adopt a reasonable, sustainable plan that would allow you to keep going, instead of getting bored out of it soon enough before you start feeling steady results..
2 || Love Healthy Food! Eat Less As Well
Naturally an extension of the previous resolution. With a good amount of determination and some basic tips you can slowly develop healthier eating habits. Learn to control emotional eating, be aware of reasons for diets to fail, make use of these tricks and witness incredible transformations in you body, skin, mood and overall well being!
3 || Quality Sleep Please!
Nowadays, we are becoming official victims of big TV’s, computers, smartphones, tablets and all sorts of gadgets with glowing lights and beeping alerts, now really tell me how you can get enough deep sleep at night? You should be gunning for at least 8 hours of sleep a night, and there are fairly simple ways to achieve this number if you make use of science and everday hacks.
4 || Give up cigarettes; Haven’t You Yet?
Ditch the bad habit, look deep inside yourself and find that strong will, be stronger than giving in to the worst habit mankind has been facing for the past century.. Smoking will not only endanger your health, but can burn a hole in your wallet as well. Just be prepared to dedicate a lot of will power to giving up cigarettes once and for all.

Recently i have been hooked to an amazing reading app, Good Reads, check it out, it will be the best tool for you to kick start your journey to reading.. Books are an excellent way to gain a lot of knowledge on a huge variety of topics, and are also a great exercise for your brain. Set a target of 20 or more books in a year, you only need to make it a habit, discover your type of books and find a bit of time for reading here and there. Happy reading!
