If we want to commit to a healthier lifestyle then we need to find ways to make this easily adaptable to our lifestyle to be able to commit. 1 || IF you love dairy but you feel that it contributes to your acne or that you might have a slight intolerance, then substitute your daily labaneh or cheese on toast with avocado toast. 3 || For those of you with a serious case of an AM sweet tooth, just spread some peanut butter or almond butter on rice cakes, top that with fruits or your favourite jam or jelly for a seriously satisfying meal that won’t break the scale.

If you’re a little more daring, add some fresh strawberries or dried cranberries and you will have also satisfied your sweet tooth along the way.




6 || For those of you craving that must-have piece of chocolate why don’t you try making chocolate avocado mousse to satisfy those cravings with none of the guilt.





7 || To have a guilt-free dinner, try swapping your hummos for a beetroot dip that looks and tastes amazing. Just add some yoghurt and tahini paste to pre-boiled beets, add salt, pepper and garlic powder (if you like), and Voila.

8 || If you’re like me (or everyone else for that matter) then one thing I absolutely can’t resist are french fries. Try making a swap for the healthier sibling; sweet potato fries. Use an air fryer for an added health kick.





9 || If you’re the type that loves snacking in the evening, then instead of reaching out for that pack of chips (the healthy kind, we hear ya), why don’t you cut up some zucchini’s, add some salt, pepper, and paprika, drizzle with olive oil and throw them in the oven for an irresistible snack.
