Actress Blake Lively won't eat anything artificial as she gets back into shape following the birth of her daughter. "She refuses to put anything artificial into her body and doesn't go near processed foods. Everything has to be organic and made from scratch. She's cut out sugar, wheat and won't touch dairy products."
Blake has previously insisted losing weight isn't something she prioritized following the arrival of James, explaining what's important is that she eats healthy for both herself and her little one.

The star is looking better than ever and seems completely loved up with her photographer beau Bryan Randall. And rather than go for fillers like many stars, the 52-year-old has simple tricks up her sleeve to keep her looking youthful.

“My signature healthy dish is brown rice, snap peas, and pine nuts," she said. “Or I love chicken breast and steamed veggies with hummus. I'm obsessed with celery and almond butter. Today I snacked on raspberries, candied walnuts, pita chips and hummus, iced green tea all throughout the day, and a few handfuls of Skittles. I'm a huge grazer!"

"I call myself an aspiring vegan," she tells the new issue of Shape magazine. "It's challenging, but not impossible. You just have to eat or drink a lot of greens.
"I make green juice for myself almost every day. I put in things like bananas, avocado, spinach, broccoli - whatever's in my fridge, really. Sweet potato fries and salad are my absolute favourites. They make the perfect meal. I eat a lot of quinoa and nuts, too, but I also love eating chips."
